Brief Biography
Originally from Huntsville. Played ice hockey and lacrosse while attending Culver Military Academy (Indiana). Had a short ice hockey career with the UAH Chargers. Started running in September 2004 @ Monte Sano Road Race 5K. Ran my first marathon that same December and my first Mountain Mist that following January.

- Stay healthy
- Get rid of this Plantar Fasciitis
