This past weekend was full of races with the most competitive event being in Decatur with the 3M River City 5k/10k. In the 10k, the top spots were all Fleet Feet Racing and all under 37 minutes. Andrew Hodges took another overall win, with a 33:53. Kathy Youngren was 14th overall and top female with a 42:33. There were loads of PR's for George, Erik and Rob at minimum. In the 5km, Kathy doubled up on wins and David Rawlings was 3rd overall.

In Huntsville, Eric Charette won his second consecutive Huntsville Track Club race, following up the win at McKay Hollow Madness two weeks ago, with a win at the Scholarship Fund Run 8km. DeWayne Satterfield was 3rd overall (1st Master) and Candace Jacobs was the top female.

At the Lead Me to the Cross 5K held at Mount Zion Baptist Church, Julia Clark ran 20:10 to capture the overall female title and was a very impressive 5th place overall.

At the Chic-Fil-A 5km, Eric Patterson was the top men's master and earned himself some free Chicken; not a bad day at the office.
At the Oak Barrel Half Marathon, Tim Pitt lead the team with a 1:25:38 and 4th place overall, first in his age group. Christy Scott ran 1:43:06 and was 1st in her age group. Dana Overton ran 1:53:25.

At Umstead 100 miler, Blake Thompson celebrated his birthday by logging 100km before calling it a day in this tune up for his Western States 100 goal race this summer.
Last weekend at the first Scottsboro Half Marathon, Katie Maehlmann captured the overall win with a slight personal best 1:30:51. Julia Clarke was 3rd female overall in her Fleet Feet Racing Team debut.
