In Hampton Cove at the Running the Bulls 5km, the Fleet Feet Racing Team dominated the top of the leader board including the overall men's and women's top finishers.
George Heeschen was the overall winner, running 17:03 on a very warm and humid day. Rob Youngren (17:07) and Erik Debolt (17:11) were 2nd and 3rd overall.
