It was a great weekend of running atop Monte Sano at the 18th annual Mountain Mist 50km, directed by Fleet Feet Huntsville owners Dink and Suzanne Taylor.
Making his ultra running debut, Brad Shroeder led the team with a 3rd place podium finish in an astonishing time of 4:14:15 on a very muddy and slow course. DeWayne Satterfield was top master and has finished all 18 "mists". Kathy Youngren was a repeat winner for the women, followed by team mate Katie Maehlmann in second place.
