Brief Biography
I grew up in the St. Louis area and came to Huntsville in 2005 for work. I had always run to keep in shape, but didn't enter my first race until the Liz Hurley 5k in 2007. I caught the racing bug then and have tried to become more competitive ever since. I have developed a love for running and really enjoy the discipline and motivation required to run faster.
Short Term Goals
Run a marathon in under 3 hours. Run a 5k in under 17 minutes.
Long Term Goals
I just became a father so my biggest goal is to effectively balance my running life with my family life. To me, that means making the personal sacrifices necessary to be a great husband and father while continuing to enjoy the benefits of running.
