Weekend Results

Another outstanding weekend for the Nike Fleet Feet Racing Team from Huntsville, starting with one of the premier 5km races in the area, Liz Hurley 5km.  This race draws the best of the best and you have to be on your game to place in your age group, let alone overall.  The team took 5 of the top 10 places for men and
6 of the top 10 places for women.  The team was lead by Brandon York who placed 2nd overall with a 15:44 in a men's field where the top 8 were all under 17 minutes.  Candace Jacobs shattered her 5km personal best and registered a 17:55 for overall female.  Other personal bests on this day were set by Lisa Rawlings and Eric Charette.
