Linda Scavarda ran the Jubilee Days 5km in Zion, Illinois and posted a 20:47, taking 1st place female.  The temperatures where around 50 degrees for the race, which was a nice turn over the heat of Alabama and it showed with Linda's time.  Plus from personal experiences, it is always an extra motivator to race in front of the hometown crowd.
