Seeker of spiritual truth and purpose. Husband of 16 years. Father of three. Retired military veteran since 2002. Found I had a knack for competitive running in 2006.
Short Term Goals
Inspire one person to crawl from the couch, walk off the porch, and run down the street for at least 15 minutes daily... Ironically, I would like to do the same albeit for longer duration. With every run I would like to finish strongly, finish without injury, and position myself to do something amazing...
Long Term Goals
Getting an "A" standard at any or all distances (90 or above) then retire from competition(maybe)...
